The Mozambique-Japan Business Forum will take place on June 16th, 2025, in Osaka, Japan.

The event is organized by the Agency for Investment and Export Promotion, IP (APIEX, IP) in partnership with the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) and the Chamber of Commerce of Mozambique (CCM), with the aim of promoting investment opportunities in strategic areas for the development of the country, namely, Agriculture and Agribusiness, Industry, Energy, Tourism and Infrastructure, among other areas in which national businessmen can create partnerships.

The Business Forum represents an important platform for promoting Mozambique’s image as a preferred destination for Foreign Direct Investment in Africa. It is part of the strengthening of friendly and cooperative relations, consolidation of economic diplomacy, and promotion of economic and commercial relations between companies from both countries.

It should be noted that the Mozambique-Japan Business Forum takes place on the sidelines of Mozambique’s participation in Expo 2025 Osaka, which takes place in Osaka City, Japan, from April 13th to October 13th, 2025.
