The Mozambique-China Business Forum took place on October 20, 2023, in Hubei Province, People’s Republic of China.

Mozambique’s participation in the event was coordinated by the Investment and Export Promotion Agency (APIEX, IP) in partnership with the Mozambique Chamber of Commerce (CCM) and had as its main theme the promotion of Agriculture, Agro-processing and Agro -business.

Speaking during the event, the Prime Minister, Adriano Maleane, urged and invited Chinese business people in general, in particular from Hubei province, in partnership with Mozambican businesspeople, in order to invest and do business in our country, focusing on agriculture, industry, energy, infrastructure and tourism, due to their impact on economic diversification and job creation.

The Business Forum took place on the sidelines of the 3^rd Belt and Route Forum for International Cooperation, which took place on 17^th and 18^th October 2023 in Beijing.
